This is the Acceptable Use Policy for our website, ilovetypography.com (“our Site”).

    1. Who we are. Our Site is operated by I Love Typography Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), which is a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 13280578 and our registered office is at C/O Leaman Mattei, 5th Floor 64 North Row, Mayfair, London, England, W1K 7DA.
    2. What we do. Our Site promotes and markets third-party font software (“Product” or “Products”), and our customers can purchase a licence to use a particular Product (a “Product Licence”) from us. When you use our website to purchase a Product Licence (“our Services”) you enter into a legally binding contract with us.

    4. How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by writing to you at the email address you provided to us when you created an account with us, or when you placed an order via our Site.
    5. Our Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
    6. "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.
  3. By using our Site you accept these terms
    1. By using our Site, you confirm that you accept the terms of this policy and that you agree to comply with them.

  6. Prohibited uses

  1. Breach of this policy
    1. When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
    2. Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the Customer Terms and Conditions upon which you are permitted to use our Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
  1. a)Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site.
  2. b)Issue of a warning to you.
  3. c)Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
  4. d)Further legal action against you.
  5. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
    1. We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
  1. How this contract can be transferred
    1. We can transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party, provided this does not adversely affect your rights under these terms.
  2. Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
    1. If you are a consumer, please note that the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
    2. If you are a business, the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
