About Brill Latin
The Brill types were commissioned by the venerable Dutch academic publishing company Koninklijke Brill in 2008, with the goal of establishing a consistent house style across the typography of their many book series and journals. Tiro Typeworks is now proud to be able to offer commercial licensing of these types, in both complete and script-specific subsets, in partnership with Brill. Brill Latin is a modern language subset of the Brill types, and can be used to set sophisticated typographic layouts in a large number of languages written in the Latin script.
