It is very smoothly polished and likes to be on display. Messanges Small is based on the same structure, but adapted for small-size typography. Notches, cuts, large ink-traps… Letterforms under attack. The white space, or counter-forms have taken over control. When set at large sizes, this heavy treatment gives Messanges Small an inimitable personality.
