About LD Grotesk
LD Grotesk by Kai Büschl is a classic sans serif type family based on the founding thoughts of LD Moderne Antiqua and LD Moderne Slab. The forms are influenced by the type designs of the era of industrialisation. LD Grotesk is designed as a group of six weights and three widths, each with a dedicated oblique version. It offers Pan-European language support, three figure sets, fractions and many more features for the contemporary user. LD Grotesk completes the LD Moderne type system. This super family offers a total of 51 individual fonts, ranging from Display to Caption styles, and from linear, upright Grotesk fonts to elegant, classic italics – prepared for any typographic setting!
