- About Virus VujaDe
- Virus VujaDe generates sequentially alternating glyphs. A remix project that draws directly from the extended glyph palettes of the Open source DejaVu fonts. It combines analphabetic glyphs, foreign scripts and symbols to create a palette of 4 alternate characters of each letter/number in Latin and Cyrillic alphabets. The result is a new font giving unexpected juxtapositions as the user types. It was designed as a key element of the visual identity for the first Kyiv Biennale of contemporary art, Arsenale 2012. This font is released under the same open-source license as the original DejaVu, allowing derivative works (as long as Bitstream or Vera are not in the names), and redistribution.
